Custom Electronic Plastic Parts for Different Products
All electronic plastic parts are made to order from your 3D drawings or physical samples, with DFM review, mold making, injection molding, and finishing support.

A Plastic Electronic Enclosure can use matte or gloss molding, textured surfaces, painting, and laser marking to achieve the required appearance and branding.

Each Electrical Equipment Enclosure can follow your specified color, external shape, and molded logo details for a fully customized appearance.

Before volume production, we inspect button openings, upper and lower shell gaps, and battery-cover fit on T1 Remote Control Case samples, then correct the mold.

A Handheld Electronics Enclosure can use compatible TPE or TPU overmolding to provide the specified grip, soft-touch areas, and user comfort.

Material options for a CCTV Camera Housing include ABS for indoor use and UV-stabilized ASA or PC/ASA for outdoor sunlight and temperature exposure.

Smart home cover production supports custom colors, molded textures, and surface finishes to match your product’s style.

To avoid uneven gaps after wall installation, we keep the Motion Sensor Housing flat through balanced mold cooling and stable molding parameters.

An IoT Device Enclosure can follow your specified PCB mounts, connector openings, and antenna clearance for accurate and repeatable volume assembly.
Electronic Plastic Parts Manufacturing for Function and Scale
From production mold development to high-volume injection molding, every stage is centered around your drawings, samples, component-fit requirements, and production targets.

Material grades are selected according to your specified UL, CSA, flame-rating, and RoHS requirements.

DFM reviews identify molding risks while preserving the approved assembly, function, and appearance requirements.

Conductive coatings and performance testing support your specified EMI/RFI shielding requirements.

Insert molding, welding, coating, assembly, and packaging are coordinated through one production workflow.

Custom manufacturing to achieve the specified gloss, texture, and appearance that align with the brand image.

Controlled dimensions and suitable materials ensure the tactile feel after the entire unit is assembled.

Balanced multi-cavity tooling increases output while maintaining dimensional consistency across cavities.

Ensure that product dimensions and appearance remain consistent during mass production.
One-Stop Service for Manufacturing Electronic Plastic Parts
We can offer you a one-stop service for custom electronic plastic components, covering mold development, precision forming, CNC machining, PCBA, and other accessory components. To ensure the consistency of the bulk orders and samples you receive, we conduct regular size spot checks during mass production and carry out regular mold wear maintenance. Strict tolerance control ensures seamless assembly of electronic components, providing you with perfect finished products

Fully Transparent Production Process
Sample approval is merely the starting point—consistency in production is essential.
For electronic plastic components, reliable quality hinges on transparent, full-lifecycle monitoring rather than relying solely on finished-product inspection.
Our quality control covers the entire manufacturing process: from incoming material inspection (IQC), DFM mold verification, and T1–T3 mold trials, to continuous in-process inspections (IPQC) and secondary processing checks during mass production, all the way to final outgoing quality control (OQC) and pre-shipment packaging inspections. Quality inspection reports are available upon request for your review.

They maintain ultra-stable dimensional consistency throughout production, a core guarantee for defect-free electronic assembly and stable batch quality control.
The Electronic Plastic Parts Projects We Made
See how we turn customer drawings into production-ready electronic plastic parts through DFM, mold making, precision molding, and assembly validation.

A Canadian smart home device client provided prototype parts for an air purifier housing. The product features a complex design, and when transitioning to injection molding production, it was necessary to strictly control shrinkage and deformation while meeting assembly and structural strength requirements.
Our engineers optimized the rib layout, added support pillars, adjusted wall thicknesses, and refined the connection structures. They also designed the gate and ejection systems, ultimately developing a 4-cavity mold. The product underwent comprehensive testing for deformation and assembly, and the shrinkage rate was effectively controlled, ensuring stable dimensional accuracy during high-volume production.

A Saudi Arabian smart home device manufacturer needed to customize a two-part electronic device housing. During the transition from 3D-printed prototypes to injection molding, the assembly dimensions—which had been validated through multiple 3D-printed prototypes—had to be maintained. We optimized wall thickness, draft angles, shrinkage compensation, and mating surfaces, and subsequently developed a production mold suitable for ABS-FR material with a medium-matte finish. The injection-molded parts maintained consistency in both assembly accuracy and appearance, thereby establishing a stable process suitable for repeatable mass production.

A U.S.-based electronics company required a custom plastic PCB cover with critical assembly areas controlled within 0.2 mm. Before developing the two-cavity production mold, we optimized the 1.2 mm ribs, PCB mounting features, and gate position, while adding cavity identification markings. The molded parts maintained reliable component fit and dimensional consistency, while cavity-level traceability supported stable quality control throughout mass production.
