Custom PVC Parts Manufacturing for OEM/ODM Projects
TryCooler manufactures custom rigid and flexible PVC components for your OEM/ODM projects, providing comprehensive services including material selection, Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews, mold manufacturing, and PVC injection molding.
Whether you are an engineer validating a new design, an OEM brand preparing for production, or a procurement team seeking a reliable PVC parts supplier in China, we can help you reduce risks during mold making and mass production, supporting a smoother transition from design review to stable production.

Rigid or Flexible PVC? We Help You Choose the Right Material
Choosing the wrong PVC material can lead to deformation, poor assembly, unstable hardness, or premature failure. We review your drawings, samples, working environment, color, hardness, tolerance, and application requirements to recommend suitable rigid or flexible PVC options before tooling and production.
For rigid PVC parts, we focus on dimensional stability, assembly fit, and chemical resistance. For flexible PVC parts, we review hardness, touch feel, bending performance, color stability, and compliance requirements.
What Type of PVC Part Do You Need?
From rigid structural parts to flexible protection components, we manufacture custom injection-molded PVC parts based on your drawings, samples, or application requirements.

For covers, housings, fittings, connectors, and industrial components requiring dimensional stability and reliable assembly.

For flexible PVC sleeves, cable grommets, grips, soft covers, and protective parts requiring flexibility, touch feel, and part protection.

For cable protection, covers, spacers, housings, and insulation components used in electrical and electronic applications.

For PVC end caps, tube end caps, pipe caps, plugs, furniture feet, hardware openings, and protective end-cover applications.

T1 samples are provided for testing and approval before moving into mass production.

Dimensions, surface quality, color, hardness, assembly fit, and packaging are checked before shipment.

RoHS-compliant, phthalate-free, flame-retardant, or UV-resistant PVC material options can be discussed based on project requirements.

We support mold storage, maintenance, and repeat production to help keep future orders stable and efficient.

Experience in PVC parts projects serving clients in Europe and North America, including export packaging, shipping coordination, and long-term production support.
In-House Tooling and Full-Process Quality Control
With our in-house tooling shop, TryCooler can respond quickly during mold development, trial molding, and mold modification for custom PVC parts. This helps improve mold control, shorten communication time, and reduce production risks before mass production. We follow IQC, IPQC, and OQC procedures throughout the project. Before shipment, we inspect material consistency, critical dimensions, surface quality, color, hardness, molding defects, assembly fit, and packaging protection to support stable quality.
For custom PVC injection molding, we also focus on temperature control, mold venting, material stability, and molding parameters to reduce common PVC molding defects such as flash, burn marks, black spots, deformation, and surface defects.

Export Packaging & Delivery Support
Before shipment, we check packaging protection to help ensure your custom PVC parts are ready for international delivery. We can support bulk packaging, individual bags, labels, cartons, foam or tray protection, shipping marks, and custom export packaging based on your delivery requirements.
For FBA-compatible packaging, please provide your label, carton, and packaging requirements in advance so we can prepare the parts accordingly.
Start Your PVC Parts Project in Just 4 Steps
Send us your drawing, sample, or project requirements. We will help review material selection, tooling feasibility, production cost, and quality requirements before manufacturing.
Send us your 3D design files (in STP/STEP format) or a sample, and our technical team will complete an initial evaluation within 24 hours and provide a detailed quote, along with recommendations for material and performance optimization.
Don’t have a design yet? Send us photos of the sample, sketches, dimensions, quantity, and application details for an initial review and to receive a rough quote.
We review the part structure, tolerances, rigid or flexible PVC options, tooling feasibility, and production costs before quoting.
After approval, we build the PVC injection mold in-house and provide T1 samples for your testing, fitting, and confirmation.
After sample approval, we begin production with IQC, IPQC, and OQC checks, and then arrange packaging and delivery according to your requirements.
Before shipment, we inspect critical dimensions, surface quality, color consistency, hardness, flash, burrs, burn marks, black spots, deformation, assembly fit, quantity, and packaging protection to help ensure stable quality.
Yes. These PVC material options can be discussed based on project requirements. Available certificates can be provided when required.
We prioritize clear and flexible communication. We work closely with you through real-time updates via online meetings, images, and videos to ensure that issues are identified and resolved promptly, keeping the project on track.
Please provide drawings or sample photos, material requirements, hardness, color, quantity, tolerance, surface finish, application, packaging, and compliance requirements. This helps us provide a more accurate PVC parts quotation and evaluate mold cost, unit price, lead time, and production requirements.
Yes. We support mold storage, maintenance, and repeat production to help keep future orders stable and efficient.
The lead time depends on the part’s complexity, the mold design, material requirements, order quantity, and whether adjustments are needed to the sample. Typically, the mold manufacturing lead time is 30 days, and the mass production lead time is 15 days.
For custom PVC parts, the production process typically includes drawing review, Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback, mold manufacturing, T1 sample production, sample approval, mass production, quality inspection, and shipment. After reviewing your drawings, samples, or project requirements, we will provide an estimated timeline.
